Website content is provided for general information. Service availability, price, timing, materials and technical requirements depend on the property, access, site condition and written scope.

A quotation is based on the information available at the time. Work outside the agreed scope, concealed conditions, authority requirements, access restrictions or requested changes may require a revised quotation and schedule.

Appointments are subject to technician availability, building or community access, permits and site readiness. Customers should provide safe access, accurate location details and any required approvals.

Prices, deposits, progress payments and final payment requirements are stated in the written quotation or agreement. No payment arrangement should be assumed unless it is confirmed in writing.

Material brands, models, colours and quantities should be confirmed before purchase or installation. Fixmania is not responsible for incompatibility, delays or defects in client-supplied items except where agreed in writing.

Customers should inspect completed work and promptly report concerns. Any workmanship warranty or manufacturer warranty applies only when stated in writing and may exclude misuse, third-party changes, normal wear, existing defects and conditions outside the agreed work.

Cancellation, rescheduling, material-order and project-delay terms may vary by job and will be stated in the quotation or agreement where applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to the agreed work and does not extend to indirect loss, pre-existing defects, hidden conditions or work altered by third parties.
