This website provides general information about maintenance, repair, renovation, fit-out and AMC services. Website content does not constitute a final quotation, technical diagnosis or guarantee that a particular service is immediately available.
Quotations and scope
A quotation is based on the information, measurements, photos and site conditions available at the time. Work begins only after the scope, price, payment terms, access, materials and expected schedule have been agreed. Additional work or hidden conditions may require a written variation and additional cost.
Appointments and access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate location details, suitable access, parking or building permissions where required, and a safe work area. Appointment times may be affected by traffic, emergency call-outs, building-access restrictions or unforeseen site conditions.
Materials and client-supplied items
Material brands, colors, quantities and specifications should be approved before purchase. Where a customer supplies fixtures or materials, the customer is responsible for completeness, compatibility, delivery, storage and replacement of defective or missing items unless agreed otherwise.
Payments
Payment stages and methods are stated in the accepted quotation or contract. Deposits may be required for materials, mobilization or project booking. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue.
Completion and defects
Customers should inspect completed work and report any concern promptly. Maintenance or warranty support, when offered, applies only to the agreed workmanship and period and does not cover misuse, third-party alteration, normal wear, existing defects, manufacturer failures or work outside the approved scope.
Emergency requests
Submitting an urgent request does not guarantee immediate attendance. Response depends on technician availability, location, building access and the type of issue. In a life-threatening emergency, fire, gas risk or severe electrical hazard, contact the appropriate UAE emergency service first.
